Family Folk Dance Night & Bake Sale, 6:30pm

Monday, December 24 – Tuesday, January 1

NO SCHOOL.  Winter Break.

Dear Moose,

It is the time of year where everything feels busy and hectic and cold! It doesn't help that it gets dark at 4:00 every afternoon! We have finished a very busy week. We have one more week of learning and then we have our December vacation!

A GREAT way to have some fun and keep warm and toasty is to attend our Family Folk Dance Night from 6:30-7:30 next Tuesday! Our music teacher, Hannah Berube, has been working hard planning the event and teaching the children fun dances. At this event the students AND families can join in on the dancing fun. There will be music and a bake sale available.

We look forward to our final week of school in 2018!

Jackie

***MOOSE INTERVIEW OF THE WEEK***

MALLORY FROM KINDERGARTEN!

MK

JCB:  What is your favorite thing about school?
MK:  My favorite is choice time because I get to go to blocks.  And I like to play with the animals, that’s why.

JCB:  What do you build with the blocks?
MK:  I build houses and I really like building houses, that’s why.

JCB:  What do you like to do outside?
MK:  I like to play ‘A Cats' Cuddle’ and that’s my favorite game outside.

JCB:  How do you play that?
MK: There’s cats outside and I know how cats cuddle.  They just lay on each other and that’s how you do it.  That’s how you cuddle!

JCB:  What is your favorite food?
MK:  Strawberries!

JCB:  What is your favorite book?
MK:  I have a favorite book that I have and it’s The Night Before Christmas.  I have it, but it’s broken because there’s supposed to say stuff without your parents telling it.  The book had power to say it on its own but it broke.

JCB:  What is your favorite thing to do at home?
MK:  Hmm…watching TV.  I watch Trolls and Shimmer and Shine.  There’s two sisters.  That’s their names, Shimmer and Shine.

JCB:  If you could be any animal, what animal would you be and why?
MK:  A puma!  Because I like their fur and their style.  Their fur is kind of like light brown, and the color of it is peanut butter color.
